FAQs
How do I book a Ha Giang Loop tour?

Send your dates, group size, and whether you prefer easy rider or self-ride. We confirm availability and send a clear quote in USD with what is included.

What is the difference between easy rider and self-ride?

Easy rider means you ride pillion behind our licensed local driver. Self-ride means you control the bike — best if you already feel confident in Vietnam traffic.

Are hidden fees common on the Loop?

We publish all-in style pricing for our packages. Optional extras (e.g. private airport transfer) are quoted upfront — no surprise charges on the road.

Do I need a deposit?

Yes — a deposit secures bikes, guides, and homestay slots during high season. The exact percentage is shown at checkout / in your invoice.

Can non-riders do the Loop?

Yes — our jeep itinerary is designed for guests who want the scenery without riding a motorbike.

What are homestays like?

Authentic family stays — shared meals, clean bedding, and mountain quiet. They are part of the experience, not a luxury hotel night.

Do you help with arrival in Ha Giang?

We can advise on buses from Hanoi and optional private transfers. Ask our team when you confirm dates.
